Mifepristone(200 Mg)
Uses
Mifepristone is used for medical termination of an early pregnancy. It is also used to control excessive blood sugar level in patients with Cushing's syndrome (a disease where the hormone cortisol rises in the body due to tumour of adrenal gland) in patients who have failed surgery or are not candidates for surgery.
How it works
Mifepristone is an anti-progesterone hormone that acts by blocking the effects of progesterone, a hormone which is needed for pregnancy to continue.

A lack or loss of appetite, Changes in menstrual cycles, Low potassium levels, Joint pain, Dizziness, Insomnia, Nausea and vomiting, Swelling of hands and feet, Feeling tired, Weakness, Headache, Diarrhea
Misoprostol(200 Mg)
Uses
Misoprostol is used to prevent gastric ulcers resulting from treatment with pain-killers/NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, naproxen, indomethacin). It is also used for medical termination of pregnancy or legal abortion during early pregnancy, along with mifepristone.
How it works
Misoprostol is similar to the natural chemical prostaglandin found in the body. It acts on the stomach and intestine to create a protective lining, and thereby prevents ulcer formation. It also acts on the uterus and produces strong contractions and softens the cervix to cause abortion.
