Uses
Montelukast is used to prevent and treat asthma, seasonal and year round allergies (hay fever), and prevent exercise-induced asthma.
How it works
Montelukast belong to a class of medicines called leukotriene receptor antagonist (anti-asthmatic drugs). It blocks the action of certain natural substances (leukotrienes) that are involved in causing asthma and allergies. It makes breathing easier by reducing swelling in the airways.
Dosage
Always follow the instructions of doctor regarding the dosage and duration.
Adult: 10 mg once a day.
Children: 2-5 yrs: 4 mg once daily, 6-14 yrs: 5 mg once daily, 15 yrs: 10 mg once daily.
Common side effects
Headache, stuffy nose, sinus pain, sore throat, fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, urge to vomit, vomiting, elevated levels of liver enzymes, rash, fever, behavior and mood related changes (dream abnormalities including nightmares, trouble sleeping, sleep walking, irritability, feeling anxious, restlessness, hypersensitivity reactions.
Who should not take
Do not take montelukast, if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to montelukast or any of the other ingredients of montelukast.Fexofenadine(200 Mg)

Fexofenadine is used to relieve the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) such as sneezing, itchy, runny or blocked nose and itchy, red and watery eyes.
How it works
Fexofenadine belongs to a class of medications called antihistamines. It prevents the release of histamine, a substance that plays a major role in many allergic reactions by dilating blood vessels which makes the vessel walls abnormally permeable.
Dosage
Always follow the instructions of doctor regarding the dosage and duration.
Adults and children (>12 years): 120 mg once daily.
Children (6 to 11 years): 30 mg tablet twice.
Infants (6 months to 1 year): 15 mg orally twice a day.
Common side effects
Headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, tiredness, sleepiness, difficulty sleeping, sleeping disorders, bad dreams, nervousness, fast or irregular heartbeat, diarrhea, skin rash and itching, hives, serious allergic reactions which can cause swelling of the face, lips, tongue or throat, flushing, chest tightness, and difficulty breathing.
Who should not take
If you are allergic to fexofenadine or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
If you are pregnant, unless necessary.
Not recommended during breast-feeding.
